How far in advance should I book?As soon as you have a party date! The sooner you book, the sooner we can guarantee staff availability. Our time gets filled very quickly, so we recommend booking 6-8 weeks in advance. We also have a Late Booking Fee of $40 charged to those booking within 5 days of their selected date.

What time should I book during my party?We recommend booking at least 30 minutes after guests to arrive to ensure everyone gets to enjoy the magic!

What areas do you service?We service Gresham, Portland, Boring, Sandy, Troutdale, Clackamas, and Vancouver. However, we will travel from our base in Gresham, Oregon 20 miles out for free, and then a $5 charge for every 5 miles after that, both to your location and back. We will not travel for 1 hr+ to your location for 30 minute services.

Do you require a deposit?Yes. All parties and events require a 50% deposit to secure your chosen date and time. The remaining balance will be due 1 week, or anytime sooner before the party or event unless otherwise discussed with the party consultant.

Do you offer face painting?Unfortunately we do not offer face painting at this time. However, we do have a magical Makeover Party Package where your guests can get transformed and pampered! For more information check out our "Services" page.

Should I tip the performer?Gratuities are not included in package pricing, and is never expected, however highly encouraged and appreciated. Please be mindful that these actors/actresses are working in a service industry, as such we hope that the gratuity you pay is reflective of the service you have received. When showing appreciation, kindly give tips to the party assistant to keep the magic alive for everyone!

What if I want more than one character?Great! You can add up to 4 characters based on availability to any package.

What happens if a performer is late?We strive to be punctual for our events, but various factors can cause delays. In cases where performers arrive late due to unforeseen circumstances, you can expect to receive the full duration of time as agreed. The time of the event starts the moment performers are interacting with event-goers.

What if I need to cancel?Cancellations need to be 48 hours before the event. If the event needs to be canceled due to any unforeseen event, weather, or illness you have two months to reschedule the event at no fee. Cancellations that are less than 48 hours will still be charged half of the event price.
